Washi tape is a decorated Japanese masking tape and has been popping up all over the place on Pinterest recently. This is my own interpretation of Washi tape, it’s a double sided fabric tape which I make myself using prints from the likes of Liberty and Moda.
They say it is great for scrapbooking (but to be honest I have no idea what that is!) I say it is fab for gift wrapping! For those of you who have had deliveries from Big Bird’s Boutique you will know that I wrap all my packages in tissue paper and seal them with a snazzy bit of tape; and if you don’t mind me blowing my own trumpet . . . I do think it looks rather good!
Why not make your Christmas presents stand out from the crowd this year with some of my handmade fabric tape? There are so many different ways you could use it.
Each roll is a generous metre and starts from just £2 a roll. There are loads more designs in my shop here, and don’t forget if you don’t see what you are looking for I can always source exactly the right fabric for your project.
